Physical Wellness: 1 year, 2 months agoSo today my tummy was hurting, but I exercised anyway. I haven’t had a good work out in about a week. So today I walked then lite jog for the last 5 minutes for a total of 1.5 miles. Then I did weights. I did good on eating today so far as well.

I Zumba twice a week and liturigical dance twice a week. At some point I am going to get on the treadmill staring at me in the bedroom (at least once a week). What do you do besides run?

I do the work out DVD called Insanity. Yeah I’m supoose to do it 6 days a week but I only do it on Tues, Thurs, Sat. Mon, Wed, and Fri are my running days.

Way to go Felicia! I was doing really great with my workout routine about 4 months ago…then I just fizzled out. You inspire me!
I’m so glad I inspire you. Do you know why you fizzled out? Have you started back up again?
